A new community website is being developed to provide residents with a simple place for community updates, important information, future online requests, and resident resources.
The Deerbrook Community website is currently in its early setup phase. This temporary page has been created while the full community portal is being prepared.
Once completed, the site is intended to help residents access community information more easily and support a more organized communication process.
The following features are planned as the Deerbrook Community website continues to develop.
A place for neighborhood updates, meeting notices, community announcements, maintenance updates, and important reminders.
A central location for community resources, notices, forms, guidelines, and other important resident documents.
A future online request option for residents to submit general questions, concerns, maintenance items, and community-related requests.
Online resident services are not active yet. This section will be updated as request submission and tracking features are added.
Residents will be able to submit requests online once the request form and tracking process are ready.
Submitted items may be organized by category, status, and response progress to improve visibility and follow-up.
Helpful links and documents will be added as the website becomes a more complete resident information hub.
Contact details and official resident communication options will be added as the website setup continues. Until then, residents should continue using existing community communication channels.
